I've been CAS banned

CAS bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Combot community managers.

If a CAS ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly, it will automatically be removed. If you wish to discuss Combot Anti-Spam with the community, you may do so here.

How do CAS bans relate to my phone number?: Combot does not know your phone number, your Telegram user ID is banned instead.

I wasn't using my account when I received a CAS ban. Can it be removed?: No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time of the infraction, CAS bans are permanent and will not be removed. While we understand this can be frustrating, we maintain a zero tolerance policy for spammers.
